Each month, Africa Millions supports an association or a project in the field of health, ecology, education or sports in one of the countries in which the game is distributed.
For the initiative’s premiere, a project from Cameroon was the beneficiary of Africa Millions solidarity donation.
On Saturday, April 30, 2022, a team from Africa Millions and PMUC paid a visit to Kotto Medical Center in the city of Douala.
The local hospital is an important place in the area as it allows the local population to benefit from access to healthcare in a safe place from qualified medical personnel. However, the important facility suffered from a severe resource deficit for several months.
Thanks to the donations from Africa Millions, first necessity material, protection, vaccines, tests … were sent and given to the hospital staff to ensure the uninterrupted welcoming and examination of patients at the facility !
Additionally, 300 free medical visits were offered to the local population.
